Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Nova PN Pro is an injectable aesthetic biostimulator developed by Glam Derma, containing a 2% concentration of polynucleotides (PN). Polynucleotides are long-chain DNA fragments, typically sourced from salmon DNA, that function as regenerative agents to improve the dermal environment. The mechanism of action involves the activation of adenosine A2A receptors and the provision of nucleotides for the DNA salvage pathway, which collectively stimulate fibroblast proliferation, enhance collagen and elastin synthesis, and reduce inflammation. Administered via intradermal injection, Nova PN Pro is intended for skin rejuvenation, the improvement of skin elasticity, and the treatment of aging-related skin concerns by promoting tissue repair and remodeling.
