Novex

**Novex** is an oral plant-based nutraceutical product comprising pumpkin seed extract, soy germ isoflavonoids, and cranberry. It was evaluated by Saint-Joseph University in a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study for management of mild-to-moderate lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The product was administered as two tablets daily for three months. Its proposed clinical activity is based on the combined phytotherapeutic effects of its botanical constituents; no single validated molecular target or pharmacological mechanism has been established for the product.
