Overview

NOVO-113 is an investigational macrocycle drug conjugate (MDC) designed as a targeted therapy that delivers a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor payload. Developed by InnovoTEX, the candidate is designed to inhibit PARP-mediated DNA damage repair (DDR) pathways, selectively targeting tumor cells to exploit synthetic lethality while minimizing systemic toxicity. NOVO-113 is currently in the discovery stage of development for undisclosed solid tumor indications.
