Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Novo-Pyrexal is a biopharmaceutical Toll-like Receptor 4 (TLR4) agonist developed by Innaxon (also known as Innaxon Biosciences). It is designed to harness the innate immune system for therapeutic benefit in oncology, specifically as a component of immunochemotherapy or as a vaccine adjuvant. By activating TLR4, the drug aims to stimulate immune signaling pathways that enhance the body's anti-tumor response. While some external databases have historically classified it as an antagonist, Innaxon's own pipeline identifies it as an agonist for cancer and vaccine applications. It is currently in preclinical development.
