Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NP003 is an orally bioavailable small-molecule drug candidate originally developed by Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of lysosomal storage disorders, including Fabry disease and Gaucher disease, as well as Parkinson’s disease, although its precise molecular target and mechanism of action have not been publicly detailed.[1][5] It was part of Neuraltus’s early-stage pipeline and received US Qualifying Therapeutic Discovery Project grant support for preclinical development, but development has since been discontinued without progression to late-stage clinical trials.[1][5]
