This is a combination regimen consisting of four agents: - **NP137**: A first-in-class monoclonal antibody targeting Netrin-1, developed to disrupt tumor progression and metastatic dissemination via the Netrin-1 dependence receptor pathway. - **Pembrolizumab**: A humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 to enable T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. - **Paclitaxel**: A microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic (taxane class) that inhibits cell division by preventing microtubule depolymerization. - **Carboplatin**: A platinum-based chemotherapeutic that cross-links DNA, leading to apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. This combination is being explored in oncology, particularly for advanced/metastatic solid tumors including endometrial carcinoma, based on preclinical synergy between anti-Netrin-1 therapy, immune checkpoint inhibition, and cytotoxic chemotherapy.
