It is also approved for conditions such as chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy, pemphigus, Kawasaki's disease, agammaglobulinemia or hypogammaglobulinemia, severe infection (as coadministration with antibiotics), and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
