Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NPT001-HTY is an autologous, personalized neoantigen peptide-pulsed dendritic cell (DC) therapy developed by NPT CO., LTD. The therapy is designed to treat advanced or recurrent cancers, specifically curatively unresectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). The manufacturing process involves identifying patient-specific tumor neoantigens through genomic sequencing of the patient's tumor and normal tissue. Corresponding neoantigen peptides are then synthesized and used to pulse the patient's own harvested dendritic cells ex vivo. These matured, antigen-loaded DCs are re-administered to the patient to prime and activate neoantigen-specific T cells, which can then recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing those unique mutations. This personalized immunotherapy approach aims to provide a targeted immune response against the specific mutational profile of an individual's cancer.
