Overview
NPXP02 is a small molecule Neddylation inhibitor (Nedd-Inhibitor) being developed by Genovyn for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is currently in preclinical development, with target identification complete and lead identification, in vitro/in vivo studies, and safety toxicology in progress. By targeting the NEDD8 conjugation pathway, NPXP02 aims to disrupt protein turnover and inhibit tumor cell growth and survival.
