NRCT-101SR is a sustained release formulation being developed as a novel therapy targeting glutamatergic synapses in the prefrontal cortex (PFC) of the brain. It acts as a new class of drug for ADHD, working on glutamatergic synapses rather than the traditional monoamine synapses targeted by current ADHD medications.
