Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NRT-YHD_002 is a preclinical-stage antisense miRNA therapeutic being developed by NEORNAT for the treatment of lung cancer. The drug acts as an antisense inhibitor of let-7i-5p microRNA (miRNA). By inhibiting let-7i-5p, NRT-YHD_002 is designed to restore the expression and activity of Thrombospondin-1 (TSP1). TSP1 is a key regulator of the CD47-SIRPα signaling pathway; its restoration enhances macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of cancer cells, effectively acting as a checkpoint inhibitor to boost the innate immune response against tumors.
