NSAID + prednisolone

NSAID + prednisolone is a combination therapy consisting of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and the synthetic glucocorticoid prednisolone. NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, or celecoxib, act by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing inflammation, pain, and fever[3]. Prednisolone is a corticosteroid that exerts potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects by modulating gene expression through the glucocorticoid receptor[1][4].
