Overview

NST-25 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by Novasenta that targets CD161 (also known as KLRB1). CD161 is an inhibitory receptor expressed on various immune cells, including T cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. NST-25 is designed with a dual mechanism of action: it blocks CD161 signaling to prevent immune suppression and depletes CD161-expressing cells that contribute to disease pathology. The program is currently being investigated for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and hematological (heme) cancers.
