Overview
NST-37 is a preclinical-stage depleting monoclonal antibody developed by Novasenta that targets CD161 (Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily B member 1). CD161 is a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed on various immune cells, including Natural Killer (NK) cells and specific subsets of T cells, where it plays a role in modulating immune responses. As a depleting antibody, NST-37 is designed to selectively eliminate CD161-expressing cell populations that contribute to disease pathology. The program is currently in the lead optimization phase, with development efforts focused on treating inflammatory diseases and hematological (heme) cancers.
