NT3020

NT3020 is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody-based biologic drug candidate developed by NeoImmuneTech. It is designed to simultaneously target CD3 on T cells and a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on cancer cells, thereby redirecting and activating T cells to recognize and kill tumor cells. The mechanism of action involves stimulation of CD3 (a component of the T cell receptor complex) and modulation of tumor-associated antigens, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses in solid tumors. As of May 2025, NT3020 remains in the discovery phase with no reported clinical trial data or regulatory approvals[1].
