Overview

NTI-121 is a preclinical, tumor-targeted **solid lipid nanoparticle** formulation from Nammi Therapeutics that co-delivers IC1, a doxorubicin prodrug, and TR12, a Toll-like receptor 7 agonist prodrug. The formulation is designed to promote tumor-localized release and activity: the doxorubicin component is intended to induce immunogenic tumor-cell death, while TLR7 activation stimulates innate antitumor immune responses. Nammi is developing NTI-121 for solid tumors, with reported in-vivo tumor-growth inhibition and regression in murine liver and pancreatic tumor models.
