Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NTI-1309 is an innovative PET oncology imaging agent that targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP). FAP is highly expressed in the tumor microenvironment, specifically in tumor-associated fibroblasts (TAFs) that are believed to modulate tumor progression and immune response. Developed by Noria Therapeutics and acquired by Lantheus Holdings, NTI-1309 is designed to provide broad imaging applicability across various cancer types. It is currently in early clinical development (Phase 1) to evaluate its potential as a diagnostic tool and biomarker for oncology drug development programs.
