Overview

NTLA-6001 is an investigational **allogeneic CD30-directed CAR-T cell therapy** being developed by **Intellia Therapeutics** for **CD30-expressing hematologic malignancies**, including **relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma** and certain **CD30-positive T-cell lymphomas**. It is described as the first development candidate from Intellia's allogeneic cell engineering platform, which uses **sequential lipid nanoparticle-delivered CRISPR-based gene editing** to generate donor-derived T cells designed to resist host immune rejection by **CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, and natural killer cells** while preserving antitumor cytotoxic function. The intended mechanism is selective recognition and killing of **CD30-expressing tumor cells** through engineered CAR-T cell activity. Publicly available context indicates the program was later **discontinued** and Intellia sought collaboration opportunities to advance it.
