Overview

**NTM-1633** is a fixed-dose, equimolar cocktail of three human IgG1 monoclonal antibodies that target distinct, non-overlapping epitopes on botulinum neurotoxin serotype E. The antibodies neutralize BoNT/E and promote toxin clearance, supporting use as an investigational antitoxin for treatment of botulism caused by BoNT/E and for post-exposure prophylaxis. In a completed first-in-human Phase 1 study in healthy adults, single intravenous doses were generally well tolerated, showed low immunogenicity, and had a favorable pharmacokinetic profile.
