**NTM-1634** is an investigational, fixed-dose oligoclonal botulinum antitoxin composed of an equimolar mixture of four fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibodies. The antibodies bind distinct, nonoverlapping epitopes on botulinum neurotoxin serotypes C and D and their C/D and D/C mosaic toxins, neutralizing the toxins and promoting their rapid clearance. It was developed as a medical countermeasure for botulism and completed a first-in-human Phase 1 intravenous dose-escalation study in healthy adults, where single doses were reported to be well tolerated.
