NTx-011

NTx-011 is a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical being developed by Nuclide Therapeutics for the treatment of therapy-resistant solid tumors. The drug candidate consists of a therapeutic radionuclide conjugated to a small-molecule targeting agent, designed to deliver cytotoxic radiation directly to tumor cells. While the specific biological target and the identity of the radionuclide isotope have not been publicly disclosed by the sponsor, the program is positioned to address advanced malignancies that have failed standard-of-care therapies. As of 2024, NTx-011 is the lead asset in Nuclide Therapeutics' pipeline and is in Phase 0/1 clinical development.
