Overview
NTX-06 is a plant-based, multi-target mucosal barrier restoration agent under development by Next Innovative Therapeutics (Nintx) for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Discovered and developed using Nintx's proprietary AI-driven platforms, GAIApath® and xGIbiomics®, NTX-06 is designed to modulate human biological targets directly to restore the mucosal barrier and indirectly via the gut microbiome. The candidate is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
