NTX-470 is a novel, preclinical-stage multispecific T cell engager therapy for prostate cancer. It is delivered as an mRNA drug that encodes a trispecific antibody (TriTE) designed to target three key proteins: CD3 (on T cells), PSMA (prostate-specific membrane antigen), and STEAP1 (six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of the prostate 1). The encoded protein engages CD3 on T cells while simultaneously binding to PSMA and STEAP1 antigens expressed on prostate cancer cells, thereby directing immune-mediated cytotoxicity specifically toward tumor cells. Preclinical data demonstrate that NTX-470 achieves strong target cell killing with minimal bystander activity and reduced off-tumor binding, suggesting a favorable safety profile. The drug is being developed using Nutcracker Therapeutics’ proprietary RNA technology platform[1][2][3][4][6].
