Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NTX1060 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Nectin Therapeutics for the treatment of solid and hematological malignancies. It specifically targets the Poliovirus Receptor (PVR; CD155), a cell surface glycoprotein that is highly expressed on the surface of many cancer cells and plays a key role in tumor cell invasion and immune suppression by interacting with receptors such as TIGIT and CD96. NTX1060 is designed to bind to PVR-expressing cells and deliver a potent cytotoxic payload, leading to selective tumor cell destruction. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
