Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NTX1105 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Nectin Therapeutics for the treatment of solid and hematological malignancies. The drug specifically targets Nectin cell adhesion molecule 4 (Nectin-4), a cancer-associated antigen that is highly overexpressed in various tumor types but has limited expression in normal tissues. As an ADC, NTX1105 is designed to deliver a potent cytotoxic payload directly to Nectin-4-expressing tumor cells, thereby minimizing off-target toxicity and addressing resistance mechanisms in current cancer treatments. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
