Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NTX2R13 is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Nectin Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It specifically targets CD112R (also known as PVRIG), an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. CD112R interacts with its ligand CD112 (Nectin-2), which is frequently overexpressed on various cancer cells, leading to the suppression of immune cell activity. By blocking this interaction, NTX2R13 is designed to restore and enhance the anti-tumor immune response. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
