Overview

NTZ-1010 is a selective monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor being developed by NTZ Lab as a small molecule therapeutic candidate for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. By targeting the MAO-B isoform, the compound aims to modulate CNS monoamine metabolism, which is relevant for the treatment of neurodegenerative and psychiatric conditions. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development for indications including Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and depression.
