Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NU102 (also known as 61Cu-TraceNET or 61Cu-NODAGA-LM3) is a copper-61-labeled radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent developed by Nuclidium. It is a somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2) antagonist designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of SSTR2-positive tumors, including gastroenteropancreatic and bronchopulmonary neuroendocrine tumors (GEP & BP-NETs) and metastatic breast cancer. NU102 utilizes Nuclidium's proprietary CuTrace platform, which allows for rapid, room-temperature radiolabeling of the targeting peptide with high radiopurity. In clinical trials, NU102 has demonstrated high tumor uptake, a favorable tumor-to-background ratio, and the ability to detect small lesions missed by standard gallium-68 PET scans.
