Overview

NU300 is an investigational biological drug developed by Nuron Biotech Inc. It is a booster dose of a Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine. It is being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity, specifically its ability to elicit an anti-PRP polysaccharide response, when co-administered with Prevnar 13® in healthy toddlers.
