Nucleo CMP Forte

Nucleo CMP Forte is a combination drug composed primarily of cytidine-5'-monophosphate (CMP) and uridine-5'-triphosphate (UTP), both sodium salts. Some formulations may also include other nucleotides such as uridine monophosphate (UMP) and uridine diphosphate (UDP)[2][4][8]. It is used as a dietary supplement or adjuvant therapy to support nerve health, muscle function, and cellular metabolism. The mechanism of action involves providing essential nucleotide precursors for the synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA), phospholipids, sphingomyelin, and glycolipids—key components in neuronal membranes and myelin sheaths[2][4][6]. This supports nerve regeneration and repair processes.
