Nucleosome complex CAR-T refers to a chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy specifically engineered to target antigens associated with the nucleosome complex. CAR-T therapies are a form of cell therapy in which a patient's own T cells are collected and genetically modified in the laboratory to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) on their surface.
