NuDYN is a shelf-stable, injectable, flowable amniotic membrane-derived allograft developed by Fidia Pharma USA Inc. for the treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Derived from donated human placentas via cesarean delivery, the product is processed to be acellular while retaining intrinsic biological components such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, and various growth factors. It is regulated by the FDA as a human cell, tissue, and cellular and tissue-based product (HCT/P) under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act. NuDYN is primarily utilized in non-surgical applications to support the health of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues, and is available by prescription in 1 mL and 2 mL vials.
