Overview

Nurulimab (BCD-145) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells. By inhibiting CTLA-4, nurulimab enhances the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes, thereby promoting anti-tumor immune responses. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of cancer, with clinical trials conducted in patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. Nurulimab has demonstrated a tolerable safety profile and preliminary anti-tumor activity in early-phase clinical studies. The drug was originally developed by Biocad[1][2][3][4][5].
