**NUV-1176** is a discontinued preclinical oncology drug-drug conjugate developed by Nuvation Bio. It is an orally administered chimeric small molecule that joins a PARP-inhibitor warhead to an estrogen receptor-targeting small-molecule binding domain. The design was intended to preferentially deliver PARP inhibition to estrogen receptor-positive tumor cells, including homologous-recombination-deficient and homologous-recombination-proficient ER-positive breast cancer models, while reducing toxicity to healthy gastrointestinal tissue.
