Overview

NV-102 (also referred to as nAV-102) is an adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy vector developed by nVector for the treatment of Huntington's Disease and Parkinson's Disease. Built on the company's proprietary GreenGlia Technology platform, NV-102 is designed to modulate neuroinflammation by targeting endogenous chitinases and chitinase-like proteins. This mechanism aims to alter shared neuroinflammatory processes that contribute to the progression of neurodegenerative conditions, thereby providing neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory benefits. NV-102 is intended to be used as a standalone therapy or potentially paired with other therapeutic vectors to enhance treatment outcomes in central nervous system (CNS) diseases.
