Overview

NV-624 is an investigational, AI-discovered small molecule developed by Re:You for hair follicle rejuvenation and the treatment of hair thinning. Discovered through a machine learning and graph neural network-based screening platform, NV-624 is designed to enhance the viability, proliferation, and metabolic activity of dermal papilla cells (DPCs), which are key cellular coordinators of hair follicle growth and cycling. In preclinical studies using primary human cells and 3D hair follicle organoid models, NV-624 promoted follicle sprouting and elongation, outperforming minoxidil under study conditions. It is formulated as a water-soluble topical agent and is being evaluated as part of the multi-ingredient NOVOGRO™ serum.
