**NV103** is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate nanoparticle utilizing NanoValent Pharmaceuticals' proprietary NanoMod™ platform, featuring an anti-CD99 antibody conjugated to liposomal irinotecan for targeted delivery to CD99-positive tumors. It aims to enhance efficacy and reduce systemic toxicity of irinotecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor, by selectively accumulating in tumor cells expressing CD99, a cell surface antigen overexpressed in certain pediatric and aggressive cancers. Developed in collaboration with Children's Hospital Los Angeles, NV103 is in advanced preclinical development with GMP validation underway for IND-enabling toxicology studies to support Phase 1/2 trials, primarily targeting Ewing sarcoma but with potential expansion to hepatocellular carcinoma, leukemia, neuroendocrine tumors, glioblastoma, and acute myeloid/lymphoblastic leukemia.[1][3][4][7][11]
