Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NVD-001 is an autologous, 3D tissue-engineered bone-forming product developed by Novadip Biosciences. It is derived from a patient's own adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) using a proprietary 3M3 platform. The manufacturing process transforms these stem cells into a scaffold-free, mineralized 3D graft containing osteoblasts and a bone-like extracellular matrix. NVD-001 is designed to promote bone regeneration and fusion in complex orthopedic conditions, such as low-grade degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and bone non-unions. By providing a bioactive environment and viable bone-forming cells, it aims to offer a superior alternative to traditional autografts or synthetic bone substitutes without the morbidity associated with bone harvesting.
