NVD-003 is an autologous, 3D scaffold-free osteogenic implant developed by Novadip Biosciences for the treatment of complex bone defects. The product is derived from a patient's own adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) using the company's proprietary 3M³ tissue regeneration platform. This technology creates a bioactive, three-dimensional graft that mimics the natural bone healing process without the need for synthetic or exogenous scaffolds. NVD-003 is currently in Phase 3 clinical development for congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia (CPT), a rare pediatric condition characterized by non-healing bone fractures, and is also being evaluated for recalcitrant lower limb nonunions in adults. The therapy is designed to provide a safer, more effective alternative to traditional autologous bone grafting, which often involves invasive harvesting from the iliac crest.
