Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NVG-333 is an investigational autologous CAR-T cell therapy developed by Novalgen. It is a next-generation ROR1-targeting armored CAR-T cell with inducible secretion of a dual payload in response to tumor cell engagement (biCAR). The drug acts as an antagonist of the inactive tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1 and is being explored for the treatment of neoplasms. As of April 2025, its highest development status is at the Discovery stage[1][2].
