Overview

NVG-666 is a next-generation bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) developed by Novalgen for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It is designed to selectively target CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. By engaging both targets, NVG-666 induces deep B cell depletion through T cell-mediated cytotoxicity while aiming to minimize toxicity compared to traditional immunosuppressive therapies. This approach seeks to enable durable remission in autoimmune disorders without the need for chronic immunosuppression. The drug incorporates an "AR" (activity regulation) technology platform intended to further enhance safety and efficacy by restricting activity outside disease-relevant tissues[1][3][4].
