NVG-666

NVG-666 is a next-generation bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) developed by Novalgen for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It is designed to selectively target CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. By engaging both targets, NVG-666 induces deep B cell depletion through T cell-mediated cytotoxicity while aiming to minimize toxicity compared to traditional immunosuppressive therapies. This approach seeks to enable durable remission in autoimmune disorders without the need for chronic immunosuppression.
