The formula typically comprises over 20 herbal ingredients, including *Angelica sinensis*, *Leonurus japonicus*, *Cyperus rotundus*, and *Paeonia lactiflora*. It is indicated for nourishing blood, tonifying qi, and regulating menstruation. Clinically, it is used to treat symptoms such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain during or after menstruation, and vaginal discharge (leukorrhea) associated with blood deficiency and qi stagnation.
