Overview

NW-301D is an autologous T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapy being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and colorectal cancer. The therapy consists of a patient's own T cells that are genetically engineered to express TCRs targeting tumor cells harboring the KRAS G12D mutation. The mechanism of action involves immunologic cytotoxicity and replacement of T lymphocytes to specifically recognize and kill KRAS G12D-mutant tumor cells. It is administered parenterally and is currently in phase I clinical trials in China. The drug was originally developed by Xinjingzhiyuan Biotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., with Neowise Biotechnology as a key developer[1][2][4][5].
