Overview

NW-301V is an autologous T-cell therapy in which a patient's own T cells are genetically engineered to express a specific T cell receptor (TCR) that targets tumor cells harboring the KRAS G12V mutation. This therapy is designed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and colorectal cancer. The mechanism of action involves the recognition and targeting of KRAS G12V mutant tumor cells by the modified TCR-T cells, leading to selective immune-mediated destruction of these cancerous cells. NW-301V is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials and is administered via parenteral route[3][4][5].
