NW-301V + NW-301D

**NW-301V + NW-301D** is a combination of two autologous TCR-T cell therapies targeting two distinct KRAS mutations: *KRAS G12V* (NW-301V) and *KRAS G12D* (NW-301D). These investigational therapies utilize T-cell receptor gene engineering to enable patient-derived T cells to detect and attack advanced solid tumors harboring these specific KRAS mutations, which are prevalent oncogenic drivers in various cancer types. The drug is in early-phase clinical evaluation for patients with advanced malignancies bearing either KRAS G12V or G12D mutations and who have failed standard systemic treatments. Each product (NW-301V and NW-301D) is administered as an individualized cell therapy, and the combination allows for targeting tumors with either or both mutations.
