NW-301VT is an investigational autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Zhejiang University for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The therapy is specifically engineered to target the KRAS G12V mutation presented by the HLA-A*11:01 allele. To enhance the persistence and anti-tumor activity of the cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, NW-301VT is further modified to express a dominant-negative TGF-β receptor (dnTGFβR). This modification is designed to block endogenous TGF-β signaling, which typically inhibits T-cell function and promotes immune evasion by the tumor. The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in patients with KRAS G12V-positive advanced solid tumors.
