Overview

NWL-NSCs is an autologous neural stem-like cell therapy developed by New World Laboratories for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders. The therapy utilizes a proprietary reprogramming process to convert a patient's own somatic cells, such as skin or blood cells, into neural stem-like cells without the use of genetic engineering. These personalized cells are designed for transplantation into the CNS to replace or repair damaged tissue, promoting regeneration while avoiding immunorejection. Preclinical studies have indicated superior regenerative potential compared to fetal neural stem cells, with no evidence of tumor or teratoma formation. The therapy is currently in the pre-IND stage of development.
