NWRD09 is an investigational HPV-16 targeted mRNA vaccine developed by Newish Technology (Beijing) for the treatment of cervical cancer and HPV-16 related intraepithelial neoplasias. It is designed to induce an immune response against cells expressing the HPV-16 antigen, aiming to treat or prevent progression of cervical, vaginal, and vulvar pre-cancerous lesions as well as cervical cancer. The vaccine is administered via intramuscular injection and is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for safety and efficacy in patients with HPV-16 positive or related diseases[1][2][3][4][5][6][7].
