Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NX-08 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Beijing Neoletix Biological Technology. It leverages the company's proprietary NanoT platform to target the tumor microenvironment (TME) rather than specific tumor cell surface antigens. This approach is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional ADCs, such as antigen heterogeneity and the absence of targetable epitopes in certain advanced or metastatic cancers. By targeting the TME, NX-08 aims to deliver cytotoxic payloads directly to the tumor site across a broad range of indications, potentially providing a therapeutic option for patients with tumors that are otherwise difficult to target with conventional epitope-specific therapies.
