Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NX-3911 is a potent, selective, orally administered small molecule degrader of STAT6 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 6). Developed using Nurix Therapeutics' DEL-AI platform in collaboration with Sanofi, NX-3911 achieves rapid and complete degradation of STAT6. STAT6 is a key transcription factor within the IL4/IL13 signaling pathways that drive type 2 inflammation implicated in allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis and asthma. In preclinical models, NX-3911 demonstrated robust anti-inflammatory efficacy equivalent to genetic knockout of STAT6, suggesting potential best-in-class activity for the treatment of inflammatory conditions[5][7][9].
